Ablebits icons have disappeared

One day you might start Excel, go to one of the Ablebits tabs, and see that the icons have disappeared:
No Ablebits icons.
Usually, this happens when Office updates are ready to be installed, and we, unfortunately, cannot detect this. To fix the issue, take these quick steps:

  1. Update your Microsoft Office. In Excel, go to File > Account and click on the Office Updates button:
    Office needs to be updated.
  2. Restart your machine.

    If there are still no icons on the Ablebits tabs in your Excel, please contact us.

My ablebits data options have disappeared in Excel. Maybe I need to repurchase to update? Not sure last time I purchased. License is under my name at Western Economic Association International.
