Is the order process secure?

Yes, the purchase process is 100% secure. All orders and payments are handled by the global e-commerce platform 2Checkout (now Verifone). To learn more about 2Checkout (now Verifone) security and compliance, visit this page.

What if I want to return your add-on and get my money back?

We provide an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee for our add-ons for Google Sheets and Google Docs. If you want to get your money back, just let us know and we'll refund your money in full.

How much time does it take to deliver the product?

You'll get an email with your activation key as soon as your payment is approved, which happens almost immediately. If you don't receive the email, please contact us and we'll look into your order.

How do I order a subscription?

All subscriptions can be ordered directly through add-ons:

  1. Run the tool of interest, click the key icon at the bottom of its window and pick Buy Now:
    You can order a subscription straight from the add-on.
  2. You will see two subscription options: 12-month and lifetime. Pick the one you need and click the Subscribe button next to it:
    2 subscription plans for your needs.
  3. You'll be redirected to the purchase page. Fill out all the necessary details and hit Place order:
    Press Place order on the purchase page.

When your payment is processed, you'll receive the invoice of purchase and the registration email with your activation key.

How do I renew my existing subscription?

No matter the way to renew you choose, automatic or manual, you'll get an invoice as a payment confirmation. You will also continue using your subscription with the same activation key.

Automatic renewal

By default, the auto-renewal for all add-ons is enabled. It means that your subscription will be renewed on the due date charging the same card you used to make the initial order.

Tip. You can see and adjust renewal options straight from the add-on.

Note. If you initially purchase several subscriptions within one order, all of them will be renewed automatically.

Manual renewal

If you disable the auto-renewal, your add-on will notify you 30 days before the subscription expiration. In this case, you'll need to renew the subscription manually before it comes to an end:

  1. Run the add-on and click the key icon at its bottom to open your subscription details:

  2. Find and hit the blue Renew subscription button:
    Renew subscription.

    Note. If you initially purchase several subscriptions within one order, there's no way to renew only part of them. All subscriptions will be renewed.
  3. Since 2Checkout (now Verifone) is GDPR compliant, you'll be asked to confirm a billing email address associated with your current subscription before getting to the order page:
    Confirm delivery (a.k.a. billing email) to proceed with the renewal.

    Note. At the moment, you subscription is associated with the email address you used for the very first purchase (even if it's not available anymore). 2Checkout (now Verifone) are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it.

    Tip. If you don't remember your billing email address (a.k.a. delivery email address since it gets the invoice and the activation key), contact us with your activation key — we'll help.

    Note. 2Checkout (now Verifone) allows 3 attempts to enter a matching billing email address for your subscription. If you fail to do so, you'll see a corresponding message:
    You've reached the maximum amount of attempts.

    Please, do not panic! :)

    If you see this message, 2Chekout (now Verifone) has just sent the renewal confirmation note to the billing email address associated with your subscription. You can proceed to the order page by clicking the RENEW NOW button in that email.

    Or contact us — we'll help you get your email address so you could retry and renew from the add-on.

Do you provide official (formal) quotes?

Yes, we do. If you need a formal quote in the PDF format, please contact us with the following details:

  1. Product
  2. Subscription plan
  3. First Name
  4. Last Name
  5. Company
  6. Street address
  7. City, State, and postal code
  8. Country
  9. Email address
  10. Billing currency
  11. VAT ID (only applicable to business customers within the European Union)

You will receive a quote in the PDF format in 1-2 business days. The quote is valid for 30 days. If you don't process it within that period, it will be automatically cancelled.

To proceed with turning the quote into a real order, click the order link in the quote.

How can I place a Purchase Order (PO)?

  1. On the purchase page, select Purchase order from the list of other payment methods:
    Purchase Order is among other payment options.
  2. Fill in the required fields and follow the on-screen steps and hints to complete the order.

My organization is tax-exempt, how do I purchase without sales tax?

While sales tax cannot be removed during the order process, tax-exempt organizations can receive a refund of the sales tax afterwards.

To request a refund of the sales tax that you paid, please send your tax-exempt certificate and the order number to the 2Checkout (now Verifone) support team by using their contact form.

Can I get an invoice?

After your order is processed, you will receive an invoice at the specified email address. If you need a copy of the invoice, you can retrieve it by logging into your 2Checkout account.

If you have any difficulties, please contact us with your order ID and we'll send you a copy of the invoice.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, you can get a volume discount that depends on the quantity of subscriptions you're going to order:

Over 50 50%

What's more, we offer an additional 10% discount for resellers, educational and non-profit organizations. Just contact us and we'll provide a corresponding coupon code.

I subscribed to this app, thinking it would also apply to my assistant. How do I pay for a license for her to use?

For "Table Styles" I clicked the "activation" link, but I don't want to purchase it yet (maybe not at all). Did "activation" charge my google payment method? I have not received an activation key. The activation / 30 day trial is very confusing.

Thank you for the comment. No worries, you haven't bought a subscription by simply clicking the "activation" button; to buy a subscription you have to place an order and fill your billing details. I have also forwarded your feedback to our developers. Thank you again!

we want to buy several licences, but some of our google accounts are temporary (trainees), is it possible to switch account with the same licence during a year or lifetime ?
