    The Select recipients button

The Select Names dialog will appear.
    The Select Names dialog

By using the search box, find a contact in your address lists. Then select the Cc or Bcc button.

Note. When specifying a word or phrase that an email field or an attachment name must contain, you can use an asterisk and a question mark as wildcards. For example, "some text*" or "some text?".

If you want to set an exception to a rule, go to the Exceptions tab in the Rule Settings dialog.

I want to automate my BCC. I have an Outlook rule, that when a certain email is received, it forwards it to another mailbox. This should be an outgoing mail, yet the Auto BCC rule doesn't activate. Any way to automate this process without me manually having to send a mail message outbound?

I wish the BCC copy to go to a certain folder in Outlook. How is that accomplished?

2 questions.

1) i have multiple email address options, my own for work and a group address for the purposes of your product. Do the rules allow for me to specify which email address to use?

2) I would like to have a specific subject used (not the one sent to trigger the rule) which would include the date. Can this be done?

i want to exclude all emails with @company.com in the email address. Is there a wildcard I need to use for this function? When I tried @company.com it still included these.

I used the Except if "TO": address contains '@company.com'

i have installed ablebits auto bcc on my laptop to use on outlook
i have now a second laptop .. can i have it on both laptops or must i uninstall it from the one and activate on the other
also where to find the activation key ?
thank you

Hi Melanie,
sure, you can use the same license key to activate the tool on your second laptop as Ablebits license can be used on two devices. To find your activation key, please follow instructions on this page: https://www.ablebits.com/docs/outlook-find-license-key/. Also, you can check out your key here: https://www.activatenow.com/user/key-reminder/index.asp

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any other questions!
Thank you.

Hello, I am interested in this Outlook Plugin, to automatically BCC sent e-mail. But does this also work on my mobile phone? My employees are using the Outlook app on their Android, Windows and Apple phones or tablets.

Or is there some other solution?

Thanks in forward!
