I want to color code emails as they age in my inbox. I want to highlight emails which go unreplied for more than 30 mins. How can I automatically color code these mails so I can rush to reply to these mails. My inbox requires me to respond to mails within 30 minutes from the time they are received.
That is very useful, thanks!
I would like to delay sending all mails I write on the weekend until Monday morning at 8am. Is this possible?
I also agree…long overdue and frustrating it can only be done on individual emails…
I agree 100% - it's sufficiently frustrating that I would change email client tomorrow, if I could set "send" to only happen in office hours.
Yes on SMcLaughlin's callout - I would also like to schedule emails to send between certain hours, certain days of week. E.g. only send emails between 9-5 M-F.
WHEN will this feature be available, and HOW can I use it in Outlook?
I agree it is needed!
Hi all,
I would very much like to set up automatic replies with a template - scheduled for a week after receiving specific emails. (Via Outlook / 365)
To offer context, I receive notification via email when our PDF is downloaded via website with the recipients email address (required for their DL), I would then like an automatic follow up of sorts a week later to ask if they have any questions etc etc (with a template).
Do I potentially need a third party and connector (I.e Zapier) for this?
Any assistance would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks in advance, JB
